We are hiring Ashford Tutors, in all subject specialism, for in-person tutoring sessions across Ashford! Join our new and exciting team based in Kent
We offer bespoke educational packages to children and young people who have been unable to engage in formal education for a variety of reasons. Whether it be as a result of health needs, complex SEN or SEMH, we have a wealth of experience and can offer an encompassed provision from 4 to 25 years of age.
We specialise in 1-2-1 and small group courses. Thus as a priority, you should aim to help the pupils feel safe and secure, thereby developing meaningful and trusting relationships.

We do not require a QTS and can support tutors with their subjects curriculum. Your expertise and experience are valued! However, we do follow a holistic approach to learning. Emphasis is on interdisciplinary links and the development of transferable skills.
Inspire our lively learners! You will be required to effectively manage pupil behaviour both in and out of the tutoring session. Tutors are required to provide ongoing and consistent feedback on pupil progression.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual. You should have recent experience working with children or young people with SEN/ADHD/ASD and have the ability to work both as part of the team and independently.

- Experience teaching 1-2-1, small group or working with children and young adults.
