We offer bespoke educational packages to children and young people who have been unable to engage in formal education for a variety of reasons. Whether it be as a result of health needs, complex SEN or SEMH, we have a wealth of experience and can offer an encompassed provision from 4 to 25 years of age.
We specialise in 1-2-1 tuition. Thus as a priority, you should aim to help the pupils feel safe and secure, thereby developing meaningful and trusting relationships.

We do not require a QTS and can support tutors with their subjects curriculum, teacher training and thrive awareness training. Your expertise and experience are valued!
We follow a holistic and creative approach to learning, as all our sessions are bespoke to the learner. Emphasis is on interdisciplinary links and the development of transferable skills. Developing strong connections and building trust with our children and young people.
Inspire our lively learners! You will be required to effectively manage pupil behaviour both in and out of the tutoring session. Tutors are required to provide ongoing and consistent feedback on pupil progression. The wellbeing of our students is at the core of what we do and is paramount to their success.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual. You should have lived experienced or experience working with neurodiverse children or young people with SEN/ADHD/ASD and have the ability to work both as part of the team and independently.
The successful applicant will be confident teaching either Functional Skills, GCSE, A-Level or Level 1/2 BTECs in your chosen subject.
